Our company is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming calls, greeting customers, as well as managing files, updating paperwork, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands. Full-time position from 8AM to 5PM.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Helping with the filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Helping organize and keeping all machines, pickups and truck maintenance up to date.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Helping dispatch trucks and keeping paperwork organized as it comes in.
Helping with quarterly reports.
Keeping track of fuel inventory
Responsible for ordering and keeping track of inventory for all machines
Keeping up to date on all state required paperwork for our Rock Quarry

Office Assistant Requirements:

High school diploma or associate’s degree.
Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing, excel, and google sheets when necessary.
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work well with others (Team Player).
Have a valid driver's license.
